Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex requirements into intuitive, elegant, and functional user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to craft seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Alignment
- Interact with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to gather and clarify design goals.
- Translate business needs and technical constraints into usable solutions.

User Research & Flow Design
- Conduct user research, surveys, and stakeholder interviews.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and end-to-end user flows.

Wireframing & Prototyping
- Design low-fidelity wireframes and transition them into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
- Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for creating interactive design assets.

Visual Design & Design System Management
- Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure visual consistency and reusability.

Usability Testing & Iteration
- Conduct internal reviews and usability testing sessions.
- Gather feedback, log issues, and iterate on designs for enhanced user satisfaction.

Collaboration & Handoff
- Work closely with developers to ensure flawless design-to-development handoffs.
- Provide annotated designs, assets, and assist during implementation and QA phases.

Documentation & Organization
- Maintain structured and labeled Figma files and other design documentation.
- Record design decisions and rationale for future reference.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Design Brief Accuracy: Stakeholder satisfaction with initial design alignment to the brief.
- Flow Approval Rate: % of user flows accepted without major rework.
- Prototype Delivery: Timely delivery of review-ready prototypes.
- Usability Issue Resolution: % of usability feedback addressed within iteration cycles.
- Design System Compliance: Consistency in using design tokens and shared components.
- Handoff Quality: Developer feedback on asset quality, annotations, and documentation completeness.
- Iteration Turnaround: Average time taken from feedback to final update.
- Innovation Contributions: Tools or techniques adopted and shared with the team.

Skills & Tools Required
- Figma (must-have), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
- Prototyping: Figma, Marvel, Framer
- Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion

Design Thinking & Research
- Strong grasp of user-centered design (UCD) principles
- Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Creating personas, empathy maps, and journey flows

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with front-end tech (HTML/CSS basics) for better dev collaboration
- AI-enhanced tools like Uizard, Galileo AI, or Figma AI plugins
